Address Accuracy:
Before completing your purchase, please double-check your shipping address. We are not responsible for orders returned due to an incorrect or insufficient address. If a package is returned for this reason, it will only be reshipped after you cover a new shipping fee.
Shipping Fees:
Shipping fees are determined by the courier service at checkout. We partner with shipping companies that offer discounted rates to our customers. Please note that we do not have control over these fees, and they will be calculated automatically based on your location and package details.
Processing Time:

- In-Stock Orders: Orders are processed within 3-5 business days.
- Pre-Orders: Processing time for pre-order items will be listed in the product description.
Important: If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, your package will only be shipped when all items are available. We recommend placing separate orders for in-stock and pre-order items to avoid delays if you need your in-stock orders earlier.
Shipping & Tracking:

- Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email for packages with tracked shipping.
- Flat Mail Items (e.g., Stickers): If you select standard, non-tracked shipping for flat mail items, a tracking number will not be available. These items will be sent via stamped letter mail. We’re NOT responsible for lost/damaged stamped mail.
Delivery Time:

- Domestic Orders: Standard shipping with tracking takes an average of 5-7 business days from the shipment date. Expedited shipping options take around 2 business days.
- International Orders: Delivery times vary depending on your country and can range from 2 weeks to 3 months. For faster tracking or assistance, please get in touch with your local customs or postal office with your tracking information.
Shipping Limitations:
Once your order has shipped, we no longer have control over it. We are not responsible for:

- Delays caused by couriers or customs;
- Lost or damaged packages during transit;
- Tracking updates might stop at the US border for certain countries. We recommend using a third-party tracking app for more information.
VAT & Customs Fees:
Please note that we are not responsible for any VAT, customs duties, or additional fees that may be applied by your country’s customs authorities. Studio Tinky cannot declare packages as gifts.
Potential Shipping Delays:
Shipping times are estimates and may be extended during peak seasons, holiday periods, or due to unforeseen global events. While we work hard to ship your order on time, delays may occur with the courier once it leaves our hands. We appreciate your understanding!
Holiday Closures:
Studio Tinky observes all US federal holidays, and our fulfillment center will be closed on these dates. Orders placed on or near these holidays will be processed on the next available business day. Please consider the following holidays when placing your orders:
