Shipping and return policies

Carefully review our shipping policy and our return terms on our Terms & Conditions page.

For returns, please note that ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed. However, if you receive the wrong item or a defective product due to an error on our part, we will gladly accept a return or exchange.

To quickly process returns for defective items, please provide an unedited unboxing video showing the defect. This will help us assess the situation and expedite the resolution process. If you don’t have an unboxing video, we’ll ask for as many pictures and details as possible to help you. Additionally, double-check the item’s grade before purchase. Items listed with a grade lower than “A” may present some marks or imperfections. We encourage you to read the description of each item’s grade in the product listing and consult our FAQ for more details!

Please note that refunds cannot be issued for CUSTOMIZED ITEMS.

Orders cannot be canceled once the order is placed, as they immediately go into our printing department for processing.  We can, however, update your address within 30 minutes after your order has been placed. Please email us ASAP to change it!

We cannot change the address of an order once it has been shipped. 

We offer products in three grades: A, B, and C. These grades reflect the quality and condition of the items. Whether you’re looking for the best of the best or a great deal of items with minor imperfections, we’ve got you covered!

Grade A products are pristine, with little to no visible flaws or imperfections. Perfect in design and execution, Grade A products are our premium selection, ready to be enjoyed at their best.

Grade B products are still amazing, but they may have a small, nearly unnoticeable imperfection, like a tiny misprint or a slightly off-color area. These items are still fully functional and look great, but they have a little “character” to them if you look very closely!

Grade C – best known as the STARS of our Oopsie Studio – products are our budget-friendly items. They may have more noticeable flaws, such as a larger misprint or more obvious color inconsistencies, lines, or anything else. However, they’re still usable and a fantastic option for those who love a good deal and don’t mind imperfections. These items are perfect for casual use or DIY projects!

Each product’s grade will be clearly stated in the description, and you’ll be able to select the grade you want. This way, you’ll know exactly what you’re purchasing. We believe in transparency and want to ensure you know what to expect. Grade B and C products are priced lower than Grade A items.

Please check the grade BEFORE purchasing. We do not process returns/refunds because the product was purchased under the wrong grade!

Please read the product page carefully before placing an order to check the processing time. Different items might have different processing times.

    • In-Stock Orders: Most orders are processed within 3-5 business days. If an order has a different processing time, it will be stated in its description.
    • POD Orders: Print-on-demand orders are processed within 7 days.
    • Pre-Orders: Processing time for pre-order items will be listed in the product description.

      Important: If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, your package will only be shipped when all items are available. We recommend placing separate orders for in-stock and pre-order items to avoid delays if you need your in-stock orders earlier.

    • Processing times don’t include shipping/transit times.

International shipping times may be longer, and customs fees or import taxes may apply, depending on your country. For faster tracking or assistance, please contact your local customs or postal office with your tracking information.

We are not responsible for any VAT, customs duties, or additional fees that your country’s customs authorities may apply. Studio Tinky cannot declare packages as gifts.

We do have a wide selection of pre-designed products in some collections that can be personalized with names or small custom elements. Check the product page for customization options!

Caring for Vinyl Stickers (Laptops, water bottles, etc.):

Vinyl stickers are both durable and waterproof, but proper care will help them maintain their appearance longer:

  • Surface Application: For best results, clean the surface where you plan to place your vinyl sticker with rubbing alcohol and let it dry. Apply the sticker carefully, pressing it down evenly to avoid air bubbles. Avoid applying stickers on surfaces that get very hot or are constantly in direct sunlight, as this can cause fading or warping.
  • Cleaning: If your vinyl sticker is on something that gets washed frequently (like a water bottle), hand-wash the item with mild soap and water, avoiding abrasive scrubbing. Do not put it in the dishwasher, as the high heat can cause the sticker to peel or fade over time.
  • Exposure to Elements: While vinyl stickers are weather-resistant, extended exposure to sun, water, and extreme heat may cause the adhesive to fade or weaken over time. When not in use, try to keep items like water bottles out of direct sunlight.

Caring for Sublimation Items (Mugs, T-Shirts, tumblers, etc.):

Sublimation designs are known for their vibrant, long-lasting prints, but proper care will help retain their quality:

  • Washing: Sublimation mugs and tumblers are often dishwasher safe, but to extend the design’s lifespan, it’s best to hand wash them with mild dish soap and warm water. Avoid scrubbing directly on the design with abrasive materials.
  • Temperature: Sublimation designs hold up well under heat, but rapid temperature changes (e.g., taking a hot mug straight to a cold surface) can affect the integrity of the design over time. Always let items return to room temperature before washing or cooling them.
  • Storage: Store sublimated items away from direct sunlight for prolonged periods. Though the sublimation ink is durable, constant exposure to UV rays may cause some fading over time.

By following these care tips, you’ll keep your Studio Tinky creations looking fresh for years to come! Whether it’s a vinyl-printed T-shirt, a sublimation mug, or a sticker on your favorite gadget, a little extra care goes a long way in preserving the magic.

If you provided the wrong address at the time of order, you may contact us ASAP at hello@studiotinky.com. Please include your updated address in the first message to ensure no delays. We can only make address changes within 30 minutes of placing the order. If you request changes after 30 minutes, we cannot guarantee anything!

Unfortunately, if our shipping warehouse has already accepted your order, we cannot change the address.

Please note that orders are strictly non-refundable if your parcel failed to deliver due to “no recipient at time of delivery” or “wrong address” entered on the order or if the tracking information indicates that the package has been delivered successfully. If the order is noted delivered, contact your nearest post office. We can only see what is provided on the USPS website. Please track your item before messaging us. Please remember that we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Unfortunately, at this time, we do not offer refunds for orders lost in transit.

If the package is already in transit, we cannot change the delivery address or refund/cancel the order. Customers are responsible for entering correct shipping information, and we are not responsible for incorrect addresses. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments or enter the wrong address, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. Refusal to pay for re-shipping fees will result in a 50% restocking fee. Returns on holiday items will not be processed.

Items held at the post office: If a package is being held, it’s the customer’s responsibility to contact the post office and schedule re-delivery. Studio Tinky is not responsible for doing this. If a package is returned due to not being picked up, it will be considered a return to sender, and a re-shipping fee must be paid for the package to be sent out. Refusal to pay any reshipping fee will result in a partial refund only if your item is not customized.

Receiving an electronic or other order confirmation from us does not mean that we have accepted your order or are making an official offer to sell. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order at any point after receiving it for any reason. Additionally, we may adjust the quantity of items supplied if necessary.
